Shipping information

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three (3) days of shipment for the Carrier GLS, and within two (2) days for the Carrier DHL.
European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. In non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the world: delivery is approximately expected up to 3-5 days from shipment with Express Service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the first working day and delivery times vary based on the carrier that takes charge of the shipment.
Rubino Kids reserves the right to cancel the order without further charges to the customer, refunding him in the event of problems relating to the availability, price, condition of the item before shipping.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are to be considered extra compared to the cost of the products purchased and shipments will always have a variable cost, paid by the Customer, in compliance with the weight and volume of the shipment. Shipments to ITALY are free for orders equal to or greater than €99.00 except for further and different "term promotions" that Rubino Kids may report on this site and to Customers subscribed to the official newsletter. Shipping costs are always indicated when placing the order in the online cart of this website.

Delivery conditions

Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local Courier office that delivered the goods and to Rubinokids, by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
Otherwise, the Customer can contact Rubinokids assistance via the "Live Chat" integrated into the website to receive assistance in the shortest possible time.

If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Rubinokids will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
