Rubino Kids ships your orders at 4.00pm on the first available working day for orders placed before 2.00pm.
Rubino Kids, for the delivery of shipments, collaborates with the carriers GLS and DHL. Shipping times vary according to the availability of the carrier but tend to never last longer than 72 hours.
You will receive a call when the delivery attempt is made. In case of absence or no reply, the delivery will be re-attempted the following day. In the event of a second unsuccessful attempt, the shipment will be placed in storage and contacted by Rubino Kids who will contact the customer for the release.
The cost of shipping in Italy varies according to the final destination and the total volume of the order placed. Generally from €5 to €10 for GLS and DHL carriers. Shipments to the EU cost from €10. Shipping is always free in Italy for orders equal to and/or exceeding €200 , except for shipments including products with a particularly bulky volume (accessories, strollers, etc.)
