DO YOU MAKE CHANGES, RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

Product return: in accordance with the commercial policy it is possible to request and obtain the return of a purchased product. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer, unless it appears that the return has been requested for problems related to Rubino Kids.

Order Cancellation: You can always cancel your order within 24 hours of delivery at no extra cost. Cancellation will be reported through the contact form of the Contacts page.
The order can only be canceled if the item has not already been shipped.
In case of shipment already submitted (even within 24H) due to non-request of the customer before the completion of the same, the costs of return and shipment will be borne by the customer.

WHEN IS AN ORDER SHIPPED?

Rubino Kids ships your orders at 4 p.m. on the first business day available for orders submitted by 2 p.m.

WITH WHAT COURIERS COLLABORATE?

Rubino Kids, for the delivery of shipments, collaborates with the carriers GLS and DHL. Shipping times vary according to the availability of the carrier but tend to never last longer than 72 hours.

HOW DO YOUR CORRIERS BEHAVE BEHIND IF THEY'RE NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER COMES?
