RubinoKids ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via express courier with DHL and GLS carriers.

All orders are prepared with the utmost care at our offices in Italy, ensuring safe and secure packaging.

Orders that are properly filled and paid for are processed within two working days .

Shipments leave from RubinoKids (Italy) exclusively on working days , from Monday to Friday , between 9:00 and 17:30 .

The return is at the customer's expense.

To make one or more returns to RubinoKids , the following conditions must be met:

A) All items purchased on the RubinoKids website are delivered with an authenticity tag secured with a disposable security seal with the RubinoKids logo.

The item can be tried on, but without removing or tampering with the warranty seal .

Returns will only be accepted if the security seal is intact —either a plastic seal with thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label applied to the sole.

Returns with a cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered seal will not be accepted under any circumstances.

B) Items to be returned must not have been worn, washed, ironed or treated in any way.

C) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, carefully packaged and adequately protected.

D) All original labels , both internal and hanging, must be intact and not removed .

E) The goods to be returned must be delivered to the express courier within 30 days of the order delivery date .
